The 24 year old Tech is accused of having sex with the 92 year old corpse,
Authorities said a security guard allegedly saw Anthony Merino, 24, of Manhattan, engaging in sexual activity with the body in the Holy Name Hospital morgue on Sunday.
Bergen County officials charged Merino with desecrating human remains, which is punishable by up to 10 years in state prison.
Boy when I read this one it threw me, you can’t even die in peace anymore. I hope they don’t let this pervert back on the street you know he is UN-balanced.

According to the article Steve had kind of a sense he would die young, I admit I watched Croc Hunter all the time and I was really shocked to see how he actually did die and not from a poison snake when at times I was sure it would eventually get him but by a stingray and those creatures are not that aggressive, considering he caught the worlds ten most deadly snakes including the most aggressive black mamba, this is a little excerpt from Terri’s interview;
“He wasn’t morbid about it, or awful about it, he was open and earnest about it. We’ve got to accomplish everything we can,” she told Australian Broadcasting Corp. television’s Enough Rope series. “Steve had a real sixth sense about so many things. He had an odd connection with wildlife. He was extraordinarily intuitive with people. I found it all very, I don’t know if ‘eerie’ is the word, but remarkable, certainly.”
Terri Irwin is writing a book about her life with her husband and said she had always tried to joke about Steve’s premonition that he would die before he reached 40.
At any rate I miss watching him, I never watch the re-runs on Animal Planet or Discovery just not the same.

This story really rubs me the wrong way, it comes from Costa Rica and it is about a guy who used a poor street dog in one of his exhibits, he tied the dog up and allowed it to die and according to the article it is supposed to be a tribute to burglar who was killed in Costa Rica by two rotweilers who happened to be guarding a property to which the burglar entered.

Dear friends, this is very cruel and sad. An “artist” from Costa Rica, named Guillermo Habacuc Vargas, put a starved dog as a work of art, the poor dog died there, he did not want anyone give him food or water. This monster asked some children to chase the dog and he paid them for their dirty work to give him the dog. In that event, (in which the dog died) he was chosen to represent his country in the “Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008″, the petition site is to sign to boycott him , so he won’t can participate in the event.

All this going on and if someone wanted creationism taught they take ‘em to court? Beats me.

An 82-year-old Argentine woman who attracted media attention last month when she married a 24-year-old man has died as a result of heart problems.
Adelfa Volpes was admitted to hospital soon after she and her new husband, Reinaldo Waveqche, returned from their honeymoon in Brazil.
She died in a sanatorium in Santa Fe, the city where the couple were married.
Ms Volpes had rejected criticism over the age difference with the groom, who is the son of one of her best friends.
